TREATY OF FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN THE CORDIAL KINGDOM OF KELTERSPRUF AND THE FREE CLUB OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND

The Cordial Kingdom of Kelterspruf and the Free Club of the Republic of Poland, having good reason for formalizing their commitment to share their internal peace and prosperity, with a view to strengthening their foreign affairs and mutual friendship, the Royal Minister of Foreign Affairs, Igor Mac Cord, as plenipotentiary of the Cordial Kingdom of Kelterspruf (henceforth Kelterspruf), and Mr. Piotr Kozanecki, as plenipotetiary of the Free Club of the Republic of Poland (henceforth FCRP), have made the following agreement:

Article 1. Both micronations will work by joint consideration for the well-being of the intermicronational community.

Article 2. Both micronations, Kelterspruf and FCRP, from now and for all time will exchange Ambassadors in order to strength their ties of friendship and cordiality as well.

Article 3. Each micronation within its own website and/or territory will afford assistance to the subjects of the other visiting and/or travelling officially or privately on foreign affairs.

Article 4. Should it prove necessary to supplement the articles of the present treaty, Kelterspruf and FCRP must appoint special delegates, who will conclude such agreements as the conditions of the time shall demand.

Article 5. The present treaty shall come into force from the date of its signature.

Plenipotentiary from the Cordial Kingdom of Kelterspruf for the conclusion of the treaty: Sir Igor Mac Cord.

Plenipotentiary from the Free Club of the Republic of Poland for the conclusion of the treaty: Mr. Piotr Kozanecki.

Signed in the fourth day of the third month of the year two thousand and two.
