Johann Joachim Quantz

Johann Joachim Quantz (ur. 30 stycznia 1697, zm. 12 lipca 1773) - kompozytor niemiecki okresu rokoko (ostatniej fazy baroku w muzyce) i preklasycyzmu. Komponował przede wszystkim w rokokowym stylu galant i głównie sonaty fletowe, których pozostawił znaczną ilość. Pierwszym miejscem zatrudnienia Quantza było Drezno, a pracodawcą - August II Mocny.
